This measure is a central component of the comprehensive redevelopment of the Rhine facilities and a significant step towards enhancing this important area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract was awarded by the City Council of Sankt Goar, and the construction work is being carried out by the company Bellmann from Roxheim. The expert construction management is handled by architect and engineer Katharina H\u00e4user, who, together with her team, is driving the implementation of this project. The goal is to develop the area at the former tank ramp into an attractive place with high quality of stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The redevelopment of the Rhine Promenade and the adjacent festival area will not only enhance the aesthetics of the Rhine facilities, but also significantly improve the venue for citizens and associations. Sankt Goar is thus creating a modern and inviting area that can be used in the future for urban events, club festivals, and highlights such as \u201eRhein in Flammen\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mayor Falko H\u00f6nisch is pleased about the start of construction: \u201eIt is great to see that after intensive planning and many discussions, the implementation is now underway. This newly designed space will significantly improve the quality of life in our city and become an attractive meeting place for all citizens.\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The town of Sankt Goar invites all citizens to follow the progress of the construction work and to look forward to the numerous future events at the new festival site.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Umgestaltung der Rheinanlagen beginnt.
