Februar 2023 in Sankt Goar war die Fortsetzung eines fr\u00fcheren zivilen Einsatzes von Soldaten der U.S. Army und der Bundeswehr, das erstmalig im Juli 2022 stattfand. Die nun fortgesetzte Aktion ist Teil der Beziehungspflege zwischen der Stadt und der US-Armee. Soldaten der Bundeswehr, der U.S. Army sowie Ortsvorsteher Richard Vogel und Mitarbeiter der Stadt Sankt Goar posierten nach gemeinsamen Baumf\u00e4llen und Sandschleppen w\u00e4hrend der gegenseitigen \u00dcbergabe von Urkunden und Geschenken. Beim gemeinsamen Barbecue im Steilhang oberhalb des Reuscheparks belohnte man sich f\u00fcr den sehr effektiven gemeinschaftlichen Arbeitseinsatz und genoss die imposante Fernsicht.
